Back this year,  the Pamlico Arts Council joined forces with the Pamlico Partnership for Children for a day of family fun.  The Pamlico Arts Council will have Cirque de Vol again this year !  From Hoola Hoops, juggling, and an opportunity to learn Arial Skills, this was the perfect chance to learn a new art form while enjoying a day with family and friends!
