Programs & Events
A key component of our mission is to increase access to the arts for children in Pamlico County, as well as give our community the opportunity to view the artistic creations of Pamlico counties youngest generations.

And that's to say nothing of having fun! We are grateful for opportunities to share music, painting, writing, and more with our children.
Story Telling
The Inaugural Storytelling Event held on Feb 2025 featured
tales of narrow escapes from capture during the Civil War,
to novice fishing faux pas. Local Storytellers (Cantine and Fentress) shared true stories from their lengthy family histories in Pamlico County
Gingerbread Decorating
We provide all the supplies for decorating gingerbread houses and cookies, and children are encouraged to explore their creativity.
Student Calendar
Every year, students in the schools are given a theme and encouraged to come up with drawings or poetry to submit for our annual student calendar.
