Art has the power to inspire, heal, and bring people together, creating a more vibrant, connected, and empathetic society.  We seek to celebrate the depth and diversity Pamlico County’s artist community past, present, and future, and to make a wide variety of art forms more accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.  We seek to nurture a deeper appreciation of the arts and promote cultural diversity and understanding.
